Updates to the latest toolchain and preview1 to preview2 adapter. The preview1 adapter is now bundled into the JCO release so we don't need to download and manage it manually anymore.
This new release also removes the explicit componentize dependency (instead it now has to be installed separately) so that the package install should be slightly smaller.
