Add new function to Ensaio for fetching and caching a netCDF grid of Southern Africa topography generated by ICGEM service with 0.1 degrees resolution. Add new entry to the REGISTRY.
Update the doi, md5 and url of the southern africa topography dataset after it has been published in Zenodo.

Description
Add new function to Ensaio for fetching and caching a netCDF grid of Southern
Africa topography generated by cropping the global ETOPO1 topography grid. Add
new entry to the REGISTRY. Add new gallery example that loads and plots the new
dataset.
