The first tutorial should cover the basics of using Spline (no BlockReduce) to interpolate Cartesian data. This tutorial will show the gridder API (fit, predict, and grid). Probably best to use the synthetic checkerboard data so that we don't have to deal with projections and Cartopy.

The page explains the naming conventions (fixes #2)
for coordinates, etc, and the basic gridder interface (fixes #78).
