Moving database adapters into feathersjs/databases was well intentioned but caused more confusion and inconsistencies than it helped with. This pull request brings the current versions of
@feathersjs/adapter-commonsand@feathersjs/adapter-testsback. Thefeathers-memoryadapter reference implementation will be added as@feathersjs/memoryin thedovebranch (v5).Also updates all non-breaking dependencies (closes #2141)
