Also, this question came up:

Q: Can I register service providers one by one?
A: Yes, but then you need to guarantee a correct order.

Maybe we should mention these details in der JSDoc of the register method instead of the main readme?

Closes #119, #167, #189, #151, #138, #145, #146

This commit replaces the large README and scattered package READMEs. In the future, the WebSite will be the gateway to documentation. GitHub will then only be used for development/collaboration.
