Closes #119, #167, #189, #151, #138, #145, #146

This commit replaces the large README and scattered package READMEs. In the future, the WebSite will be the gateway to documentation. GitHub will then only be used for development/collaboration. After this PR is in the master, we will request a real URL (feature-hub.js.org). In addition all WebSite links will be adapted to GitHub. The colors and the missing logo will be added in the new year. A preview of the website can be seen here: https://deploy-preview-208--feature-hub.netlify.com/

  • Revision of Introduction
  • Revision of Motivation
  • Revision of Integrating the Feature Hub
  • Revision of Writing a Feature App
  • Revision of Writing a Feature Service
  • Revision of Sharing the Browser History
  • Revision of Sharing NPM Dependencies
