RFE: Indication how far you need to go to get the next badge

It would be great to have a status bar indicating how far you need to go to get the next level on a badge once you get the first one.

Just leaving a note here that there have been lots of requests for this feature, but I'm sorry to say that I really don't know how we would implement it.

Some problems that need answers first:

• there's currently no association between groups of badges atm (except for 'tags' which are only partially filled out). so, there's no structure in the db that would indicate which badge is the 'next' one (or if there even is a 'next' one)
• there's currently no structured information in the db about 'how many of something' you need to get a badge. that is all defined elsewhere in yaml rules.
• even if there was, we would need a way to specify to tahrir itself a way to query and find out 'how many of something' you currently have. right now, only the fedbadges backend does that kind of stuff and it does it in a different "offline" context.

None of these things are impossible to solve, but they are significant.
