Older node releases used in previous versions of this action are
deprecated.

As clevis-pin-tpm2 is now a "strong" dependency of clevis in Fedora,
removing it will remove clevis as well. For the tests, let's remove
the associated binaries instead of the package.

clevis-pin-tpm2-signtool.
