This is the place to leave feedback on v0.6 of the DATA Act Schema. You can read more about the schema here: http://fedspendingtransparency.github.io/data-exchange-standard/

For state, county and congressional district, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) provides codes. The information is available at https://www.census.gov/geo/reference/ansi.html.

Please add these codes to the schema. This may be in addition to county name, congressional district names.

This will allow for correlation of other dataset with DATA Act datasets.

For the data elements in the Awardee and Recipient Entity category, all of the information is contained in SAM and should be pulled from the SAM record based on the DUNS number. This provides consistency across agencies.
