Compiler admonitions

Focus of this project is to provide a collection of compiler flags that can be used by default.

Those flags are provided by ${ADMONITIONS_WARNINGS} and ${ADMONITIONS_ERRORS}, and ideally they should be applicable on most projects.

There are other flags, for example for enabling sanitizers, stack checkers, additional debug informations, that can change the runtime behaviour of the program. Those settings can be compile options and/or linker options, and it’s normally indicated by the variable name: ${ADMONITIONS_COMPILE_LINK_OPT_*},${ADMONITIONS_COMPILE_OPT_*},${ADMONITIONS_LINK_OPT_*}

For example, enabling flags on a single target:
