GDAL_Test

This project is mainly used to test the use of GDAL.
GDAL source code version: 2.1.1, address GDAL
This project can be directly build with VS2013 in windows7 64bits.
It directly gives win32/x64 debug/release binary libraries.
It make a modify to source for compile correctly in linux.
