Country mask generation routine for CEDS project.
The outputs are individual R matrices representing percentages of the country's area in each grid cell for all countries in the country_list_and_notes.xlsx. The masks are available in 0.5 and 0.1 degree resolution and for each mask its location relatived to global map is referenced using matrix indices provided in country_location_index_0*.csv*.
