This PR adds Hetzner to deploy the Fermyon Platform in a single node.

Using Hetzner can be very convenient to experiment with the Fermyon Platform as, at the time of writing, it's very cheap compared to other cloud providers: 8.22 EUR/month

  • 3.98 EUR/month for the cheapest server (1vCPU, 2GB RAM)
  • 0.61 EUR/month for the server IP v4 address
  • 3.63 EUR/month for the floating IP address

Hi @felipecruz91, thank you for this PR! Docs and code LGTM. Excited to try this out and kick the tires -- does Hetzner offer a free trial or other promotion for users wanting to try out their cloud offering?

Hi @vdice, thank you for the prompt reply and for the code review!

I don't think they offer a free trial, but there's a referral program - you'll receive 20 EUR in cloud credits as soon as you sign up from my referral link.

Let me know if there's anything more I can do to help.
