XYZ shop, a goods delivery expedition distributor in a remote city, serves as a third party to determine the most suitable expedition service for sending customer's goods to other cities. The shop wants to understand the characteristics of each delivery service company, including transportation modes, weight of goods sent, and various performance metrics.
This project seeks to enhance the quality of goods delivery expeditions by:
- Evaluating the performance of five delivery service companies based on shipment mode, customer rating, number of customer calls, and delivery status.
- Identifying the best delivery service company for each province.
- Analyzing factors that influence delivery time.
- Source: Data obtained from the Business Intelligence Courses at Rakamin Academy, which includes historical shipment data.
