Following #249

I converted recent files to LF ending instead of CRLF
some lines were breaking the parser, I commented them (let me know what do you about them)
some files were UTF8 with BOM, so the first line got some problem (title wasn't title)
some have Author instead of author

Thanks for these! Should probably look for these kind of issues in the test code. Will make a note.
