Describe the issue

We are trying to tie out the result of quickbooks__profit_and_loss, compared to the quickbooks online profit and loss report, and there are some discrepancies. In one case an account number doesn't appear at all in the table, and in another case a revenue account is incorrect, for a single month. I suspect it's not capturing some record deletes correctly.

account_number = '4310' does not appear in the quickbooks__profit_and_loss table, even though it is present in Quickbooks.

Expected behavior

Hi @Brianm0440 thanks for bringing this to our attention! It would be helpful to get more detail about these accounts that are not tying out since we don't have the visibility. For instance are they all revenue-related accounts or is there anything else they all have in common.

By the way, I noticed you're on an older version of the package. I'd suggest upgrading to the newest 14.1

Hi @Brianm0440 just checking in if you were able to take a look at this issue again.

Also it would be helpful if you open a support ticket (link) and let them know I directed you there from this issue. That would provide a way for us to work more directly with your data!
