From the link above, upstream are not interested to package and maintain Spyder as Flatpak.

The branch was renamed to match appdata in the project, open new PR in continuation from #4339

I test the app for some time, and seems to work fine, I think it is ready. There are some quirk which I add to the readme and first start message.

Been testing for sometime, I think the app is ready. The quirk still exist but can be work around.
