As a CMS User (internal and external), in order to properly unload/file a document, I need to get an immediate error message if I forget to attach the document at the Doc Upload screen.

When a CMS User is uploading/filing a document, they need to select the title of the document and attach the file to be uploaded. If the Party forgets to attach the file and hits "submit", the "Loading" spinner just spins indefinitely. If the CMS User forgets to attach the document, they need to get an immediate error message.

Pre-Conditions:

  • CMS User is logged into the System
  • CMS User is trying to upload a document in a specific case
  • CMS User has selected document type
  • CMS User has NOT attached document

Acceptance Criteria:

  • CMS User needs to get an error message and be directed back to upload file
