Description

Next.js 9.2 introduced built-in support for Global CSS Stylesheets to replace the next-css plugin and it's now recommended to remove it. More info here: https://nextjs.org/blog/next-9-3#built-in-sass-support-for-global-stylesheets

using withRNV wrapper, which uses next-css breaks built-in support for css modules and sass on newer next.js versions.
