I would merge it but I'm not sure how to test the standalone version. Will it be affected by this change? |

It should expose the registry for the umd build too. We only test that the build exposes the same properties as the entry file does. |

As per discussion, expose the registry on the DEBUG global so that debug tools can hook into it.
