[axios_v0.19.x] Split Flow version to align with recent changes. (#3689) #3691

New commit leads to the build failure because of using a feature from Flow 0.84 in the flow-typed 0.80.x+. So, commits were splited into two separate:

New commit became flow_v0.104.x-
Old commit became flow_v0.80.x-v0.103.x
