Updated to remove dependency override for web_socket_channel

The web_socket_channel dependency has been locked to 2.2.0 in the newest graphql package. We do not need to override it here.

List which issues are fixed by this PR. You must list at least one issue.
Fixes flutter/flutter#118352

If you had to change anything in the flutter/tests repo, include a link to the migration guide as per the breaking change policy.
