I experienced the same problem. on Flutter 1.12.13+hotfix.5, And I had run 'flutter clean' and 'flutter pub cache repair', it's still this question.

I could fix the problem by renaming the the path in the android project from src/main/kotlin/com/... to src/main/java/com/... because if you look at the flutter implementation: flutter/packages/flutter_tools/lib/src/platform_plugins.dart Lines 97 to 106 in cb614d1
flutter will always look for a kotlin class if your path is with kotlin. |

Fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling Flutter :/ |
Worked for me, the path to the java plugins was false, so tools tried to find a kotlin file |

Yesterday i upgrade Flutter version 1.12.13+hotfix.5, my project is error When i run 'flutter pub get'. I find PushPlugin is error, I tried some methods, but nothing worked.
