After the application is restarted, Platform.localeName returns null, but if we wait at the same time(100-200 milseconds), Platform.localeName returns a normal locale string.
This is bug because Platform is not "ready" when we call localeName.
Bug only on iOS.
If use this hack issue gone.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected results: Platform.localeName return locale string
Actual results: Platform.localeName return null
