Turn down plugins that have Plus versions #83277

Now that the Flutter Community Plus Plugins have Flutter favorite status, we are turning down the 1P versions.

Now:

  • Stop accepting non-critical PRs
  • Update READMEs to point to the Plus versions
  • Remove the 1P versions from Flutter Favorites
  • Close all feature requests and non-critical bugs

At the end of 2021:

  • Mark the packages as Discontinued in pub.dev
  • Remove the source from flutter/plugins

Point deprecated plugins to Plus versions

The Flutter Community Plus Plugins have achieved Flutter Favorite
status, so the Flutter copies will now be turned down. This updates all
the READMEs to announce the deprecation and eventually discontinuing of
the plugins, pointing to the Plus versions.
