[chart] Set nodeSelector with kubernetes.io from obsolete beta.kubernetes.io #3472

Update the nodeSelector from beta.kubernetes.io to kubernetes.io as it was reported that the beta nodeSelector is blocking some users from installing Flux v1 on GKE Autopilot.

Fixes #3470

Flux daemon 1.22.2 will be released in the Helm chart 1.9.0 – this is a MINOR bump for the chart, but PATCH-only bump for Flux daemon itself.

I'm planning to pull the release levers this afternoon, (may be delayed until not later than Monday if needed depending on reviewers' availability due to time zone differences.)
