Add ability to generate random pass & ability to customize key type.

Hope I got everything in order. Someone want to test this out a bit and offer some tips?

@tatemz if fine with having the key type as an attribute. But the random password will use case will differ greatly depending upon the usecase. I'll prefer to get it directly from the consumer recipe.

And im very sorry for getting back so late, im trying get all the PRs triaged now.
Reopen this or raise another PR with the ssh key type, if you want.
