Ug, 1.8.7 builds are broken. I'm not sure how long we can really maintain this and I'm not keen on chasing it. I think I'll move the 1.8.7 related builds to still happen but be allowed to fail (for now). For now we'll try not to worsen the situation, but unless there is a champion that really wants to help us out here, I suspect it may be on it's way out.

New versions have dropped 1.8.7 support and they are getting picked up
by Travis.

@geemus From what I can see so far it's rest-client dropping 1.8.7 support.

I've added it to the 1.8.7 Gemfile for the short term.

I'd rather us not rush into dropping it and getting 2.0 thrust upon us.

Since it's backwards incompatible for older servers we don't want people
to think support is dropped.

Support will be dropped in fog 2.0 but we are still scheduling that!

@tokengeek /agree

I've already done this on fog/fog-xenserver

@geemus I think it will become harder at each day, since everyone is dropping 1.8.7 support. =s

Note when I said '2.0 thrust upon us' I meant fog v2.0 as a major backward incompatible update not Ruby 2.0.

We have discussed dropping 1.8.7 and decided it will be fog 2.0 but we are trying to organise things and the core team have all been super busy for various reasons.

@tokengeek sure. =)

Thats why i've submitted fog/fog-core#48 . I'm still supporting 1.8.7 as well. Just need a new release of fog-core to fix the build on 1.8.7 and ree. =)
