Iconic icon set is out of date #331

The current version of Iconic is v1.1.1 https://github.com/iconic/open-iconic with 72 icons added (while the version in fontello is v1.0). It will be better if you update the Iconic to the latest version.

Ionicons is now on v2.0 with a lot more icons

Hmmm, where is ionicons on Fontello? I see Iconic but no Ionicons...

Oh yeah! Totally misread "Iconic" as "Ionic"

The latest version of Ionicons is 2.0.1. Fontello is still on the 1.0.0 version. Can I help with this?
