Keplr support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I really like Big Dipper, and I'd like to be able to use my Keplr wallet for staking on the Agoric chain. Keplr is by far the easiest Cosmos-based wallet to install.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to add Keplr support to Big Dipper, as I don't have a Ledger. Even if I did, I'd like to use it with Keplr.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I was recommended to install Lunie Light and use that with Keplr, but it doesn't have support for Cosmos SDK 0.43.

Agoric may consider contributing to this implementation if there is a plan for how to do it.

I was able to get Lunie Light to work with some modifications at https://github.com/agoric-labs/lunie-light .

So consider this to be a wishlist item instead of something that is immediately blocking.
