Support running FT in multiple tabs

Right now any time you open up multiple tabs to work within Form Tools, doing a search in the second tab or editing a different submission will overwrite sessions and alter the first. We use sessions for a lot of stuff which could be in the query string instead.

Not a bug since I designed it deliberately this way. But I think doing a whole audit of the interface to work around this would be beneficial.
