New in Lucee 5.3.6.45: https://luceeserver.atlassian.net/browse/LDEV-2835

queryLazy(sql, listener, params, options);

The listener is a function that is passed the recordset.

Per Issue foundeo#1306, I decided to write up a page for the queryLazy() function. I do not see it on the official Lucee documentation as of yet. 

WIP: Looking to add examples tomorrow.
