- Converts to old races-as-features to proper race items
- Removes certain top-level races (so no more "Elf", now only "High Elf")
- Adds advancement to all races
- Splits Dragonborn breath weapon into separate items per-type with proper damage types & templates
- Adds scale value to Dragonborn for breath weapon damage
- Adds "Trance" item for elves
- Renames "Racial Features (SRD)" to "Races (srd)"
