In fact I already did (haskell-suite/haskell-names@f42c1aa), just haven't released it yet.

So I'll go ahead and release it now. If you come across any other packages that I forgot to update, let me know.

@snoyberg if a package is pulled into stackage implicitly as a dep. of another package, is there any benefit to adding it explicitly?

@feuerbach Nah, not really. It can give better attributions, but that's about it.

Thanks! fay-0.20.0.2 allows haskell-names-0.4, so unless some other stackage package pulls in data-lens this is fixed.
