Release 3.0 RC 1

First Release Candidate of FW/1 3.0 for testing.

This release includes a number of bug fixes since Beta 1. It removes the deprecated methods getRC() and getRCValue(). It removes the deprecated org.corfield.framework path (use framework.one instead). AOP/1 is no longer bundled with FW/1 (it may be back in a future release).
