Role Permissions missing from Users List

Hi,

I am having trouble with my Role Permissions missing from the Users list in ERPNext.

I have tried logging into the Administrator account and still do not have access to set any role permissions.

In my Role Permissions Manager I have also set Role, Role Profile, User and User Permissions to allow all permissions, but it is still not working.

Can you please help?

I was able to bring back the roles by adding in a level 1 permission to document type user.
