[V7] Customer Portal - Website User cannot create new Task #5599

Steps:

  1. Logged in as a Website User.
  2. Project > (Selected specific Project)
  3. Clicked on "New Task". Entered Task details, and submitted.

New Task was not showing in the Project master, neither as a System User nor as a Website User.
