German Wizard with English Language showing mixed up Desk #8093

We installed a clean dev branch today and set up with German as the language to have the correct account naming. Then we switched the administrator user language to English but that scrambles the desktop's language to be English and German mixed. Please check the desktop:

@nabinhait does this mean you fixed this issue for the future? How about our setup which is now mixed. How do we fix that? We need some sort of patch.
