feat: provision to make subcontracted purchase order from the production plan #26240

Issue

Earlier there was no provision to make subcontracted purchase order against the subcontracted sub assembly items

  1. To fix this issue we have added new table in the production plan to track sub-assembly items

  1. After submit click on Create > Make Work Order / Purchase Order

Other Changes

  1. Added BOM Level in the BOM to track bom levels
