  • Add two DocTypes- South Africa VAT Settings & South Africa VAT Accounts,
    To fetch accounts for which VAT report should be generated

Coverage remained the same at 42.814% when pulling ba31e36 on Anuja-pawar:sa-vat-report into 354e298 on frappe:develop.
