Many Padauk µC are available in 14-pin SOIC packages. It would make sense to have a matching board.

Apparently, similar to the S16 situation, there are at least two incompatible pin layouts for the S14:

VCC/GND in the middle: PFS173, PFS154, PFC154.
VCC/GND at the top: PFS172, PFC232.

I guess it would make sense to have both an f-eval-pdk-s14 (middle) and an s-eval-pdk-s14a (top) board.
