Updated Minnesota Group Entries

Two FCC groups in Minnesota, USA have changed their focus. The Minneapolis has renamed itself to Twin Cities (encompassing both Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and their surrounding suburbs). The Saint Paul group has renamed itself to Minnesota, catching FCC users who don't fall into any of the other Minnesota groups that are already made.

@Demo318 Hi, can you get the urls changed on facebook to reflect the new names and focus of the groups (change address in edit group settings) then update the links in the PR, and also the Minnesota group needs to be made a public group per freeCodeCamp guidelines. thanks

Hi @johnkennedy9147. I'm just a moderator at the Minnesota group and only a member of the Twin Cities group. I've reached out to the groups' administrators. I'll let you know as soon as these things get changed.
