See lower-page cross-linked Issues for sub-tasks within this Epic

Goals for Interaction Design Issues

  • Create simple Sketch/Craft Invision clickable wireframes
  • Post to Gitter & solicit feedback on; quickly iterate
  • Build into Studio prototype
  • Evaluate in testing
  • Refine based on user feedback
  • Once validated, create "Pristine Issue" in Client repo w/ Gherkin spec that points to functionality in Studio prototype.

Interaction Design =

  • How the UI navigates users through tasks
    • How a need is framed to a user with relevant content and UI controls
    • How states change
    • What controls are used, when
    • How to guide correct usage of things, and how to correct mistakes when they happen

A nice summation on Interaction Design via Usability.gov

• Needs some prototyping and validation for how to handle the # of files/messages received as part of a new source interaction, e.g. “2 new”, etc.

• If we don’t show any indicator that there are new files when there is a new interaction without a message, will this be confusing to the user?

Closing, as initial push that this issue was created to track was done long long ago pre-Allie.
