I can't find two data files "/home/lsong10/ws/data.embedding/bioasq.pubmed.vocab" and "/home/lsong10/ws/data.embedding/bioasq.pubmed.200d.txt", which are mentioned in "re_forest_grn/data/2_extract_vocab_embedding.py".

Could you please update two files again?
