This tiny tweak allows FTOLED to compile on Teensy 3.0

Thanks for sending that FTOLED display. I wired it up here but haven't gotten around to writing a page to document it yet.

Today one of our mutual customers asked for help solving a wiring problem. It came in really handy! :-)

Hmm, so I asked around and I can't find whoever it is from Freetronics who sent you the display. In any case, I'm glad someone somewhere did!
