Added macOS, tvOS and localization support

I have extended support for most Apple platforms, added localization, a demo project and a few more cleanups.

• Full macOS support (starting at 12.0) - I needed this for my own project
• tvOS is now pretty much supported for free
• Separate API for system images and provided images
• Fully localizable, plus added localizations for a few languages
• Can now optionally display the version number automatically in the dialog
• Misc documentation fixes
