Tutorial problem with modules #77

Following the tutorial on http://www.frogatto.com/?p=955 doesn't work because the module.cfg is missing:

dependencies: "frogatto",
min_engine_version: 1.3,

Without this it tries to pull in assets from the frogatto module but cannot find them and silently crashes.
