Issue created from fantomas-online

Code

module Test

type t1 = bool

[<SomeAttribute>]
type t2 = bool

val foo : bool

Result

module Test

type t1 = bool

[<SomeAttribute>]
type t2 = bool

val foo: bool

Problem description

This is as small as I could make this particular example... It's not clear to me what affects it, but there needs to be: a preceeding line of code, an attribute, and a function after, in the fsi. Swapping either t1 with a function or foo with a type makes the extra whitespace disappear.

Extra information

  • The formatted result breaks by code.
  • The formatted result gives compiler warnings.
  • I or my company would be willing to help fix this.
