Currently, when users want to install Fantomas as a .NET tool, you need to type dotnet tool install fantomas-tool.
That -tool part is a bit unfortunate and confusing for first time users.
I propose the following renamings:
Fantomas -> Fantomas.Core
fantomas-tool -> fantomas
I think it probably makes the most sense to rename the namespaces as well.
