Aggregated JSON schema is generated with $ref to other local files (downloaded & extracted JSON schema from dependencies).

As a result, the json patch for aggregated schema aggregated-values.schema.patch.json is only able patch the main JSON schema and not the referred JSON schemas.

It would be more useful to aggregate all schemas (downloaded & extracted) into a single file before json patch is applied.
It would allow to patch anything in the aggregated file.
